How do I place an order?

  2. Select your desired size or color (if applicable).

  3. Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

  4. Enter your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes — you can request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing contact@cropatio.com. After this window, your order may already be in processing or shipping.

We currently only ship within the United States.

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping times may vary during holidays, high order volumes, or carrier delays.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 business days.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please check our product descriptions and measurements before ordering to ensure the right choice.

What if my item is damaged or missing upon delivery?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@cropatio.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll assist you right away.
